Adaptec SCSI 29160LP

Adaptec 29160LP is a low-profile SCSI controller card designed to connect up to 15 SCSI devices, such as hard 1drives, scanners, and CD-ROM drives, to computers with 32-bit or 64-bit PCI slots. It supports the Ultra160 SCSI standard, enabling a maximum data transfer rate of 160 MB/s.
